Fons d´Inversió en Innovació a Catalunya, F.C.R. (Invernova) is a venture capital fund promoted by the CIDEM and the Institut Català de Finances with the goal of financing the growth strategy of early-stage companies, headquartered in Catalonia, with an outstanding innovative and/or technological capacity.

Invernova was registered at the CNMV on 11th July 2003 with the number 37. The fund has an equity capital of 7,35 million euros.
